The industry has grown rapidly.

As the industry scale continues to expand, China will continue to increase investment in this major project during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period. The core technology of high-end beds, data systems and functional components will be the main direction of its capital investment. The domestic high-grade bed has made remarkable progress, major breakthroughs have been made in the middle-to-high end products, and the overall level of our country's beds has been raised.

With the rapid development of the industry, problems have followed: 1: The level of numerical control is low. At present, the numerical control rate of production value is not 30%, and the numerical control rate of the consumption value is less than 50%, while that of the developed countries is about 70%. The high-grade bed components can only rely on imports. 2: The production of functional components is developing slowly. The performance of the functional components directly affects the overall technical level and performance of the bed, and restricts the development speed of the host. Its development status is closely related to the market competitiveness of the machine tool. At present, the development of functional parts enterprises in China is lagging behind; 3: The product structure is low. In terms of the industry as a whole, although the industrial scale is very large, the products are still in the middle and low end of the global industrial chain. The domestic market demand is incompatible with the industry supply capacity, and imported machine tools have entered the domestic market in large numbers.
