Electric (hydraulic) mooring winch can run effectively when ship stop. It has many functions such as drift, support, locae in loading and unloading work. Electric mooring winch is used widely in place with heavy work and big traction. The motor of sngle drum winch drive the drum by reduced box, the brake is installed between the motor and input shaft.  This winch could be set up to double drum and multiple drum for adapting the need of hoisting traction and rotary work. Usually winch with the rated load less than 10T could set up to electric mooring winch.
