We could develop the sample according to your requirement and amend the sample constantly to meet your need.

We usually research the new needs of the market and develop the new model when there is new cars in the market. 

5). Quality Control

Every step should be special test by Professional Staff according to the standard of ISO9001 and TS16949. 

6). Certification

Should your products require testing and certification to comply with international standards, we can arrange this with independent, fully recognized testing companies such as SGS, Intertec, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register or the testing company of your choice.

1. Are you trading company or manufacture? 

We are a manufacture for Hydraulic Cylinders and shock absorber piston rod with more than 20 years' history. 

2. Would you accept the production for small batches? 

Of course, we would accept it. We also could provide the sample for you. 

3. Hydraulic cylinder internal leakage? 

There are 3 main reasons causing internal leakage: Overload, polishing is not well controlled, bad seal kits. As is known to all, vehicles in China are often overload, our products all designed to bear the overload power. We have numerical control machine to assure the Polish processing. 

4. Does your piston rod get ruptured easily? 

Hard chrome plating quenched and tempered 45# steel for piston rod to assure sufficient hardness and toughness.

Metallized Thermal Lamination Film is made by Metallized BOPP Film and EVA, it's metallized Bi-axially Oriented Polypropylene film with EVA coated. BOPP Thermal Laminated Film is used by extrusion coating process to combine the two layers.
