The production of clean fuels and the reduction of automobile exhaust pollution are the urgent tasks facing the petrochemical industry. The composition of vehicle gasoline in China mainly comes from catalytic cracked gasoline. High olefin content is one of the prominent problems that affect the quality of gasoline. In recent years, in the various improved catalytic cracking (FCC) processes introduced in China, the new technology for the production of isoparaffin-based MIP technology has prominent advantages in producing low-olefin clean gasoline.
In order to increase the production capacity of propylene in domestic catalytic cracking units and maximize the production of propylene, the Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Institute has developed and developed the LIP-100 multi-produced catalytic cracking of isoparaffins for the technical characteristics of the catalytic cracking MIP process and its special requirements for catalysts. Catalysts and LIP-200 produce more propylene and increase gasoline octane catalytic cracking catalysts.
In May of this year, the LIP-100 catalyst began its industrial application in the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit at Jinxi Petrochemical Company. On July 28, the heavy oil catalyst unit used a total of 440 tons of LIP-100 catalyst with a system content of 85%. Compared with the blank calibration, the final calibration results showed that the yield of liquid hydrocarbons and the yield of gasoline increased by 1.0 and 0.7 percentage points respectively, the total liquid yield increased by 0.9 percentage points, and the dry gas, coke, and slurry yields decreased by 0.3. , 0.2 and 0.5 percentage points show that the catalyst has good heavy oil conversion capability. The gasoline olefins can be reduced to about 30%, the octane number of gasoline is increased by 1.6 units, and the propylene yield is increased by 1.28 units.
Industrial application tests show that the LIP-100 catalyst has high activity stability and good abrasion resistance. Due to the increased accessibility of active centers, heavy oil molecules are effectively cracked, the yield of the target product is increased, the purpose of increasing the conversion of heavy oil and reducing the yield of coke is achieved, and the yield of propylene is also significantly increased.
The LIP-200 catalyst entered the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Anqing Petrochemical Company on June 20th. At present, the catalyst reserves exceed 50%, and the use conditions are good.
