Psychologists at the University of Ireland have come up with a new IQ exercise to increase people’s IQ, and this training program costs only 15 euros per month.
Primary school students in Ireland participated in a four-month study with an average intelligence level of 23 points. The average increase was considered to be an increase in IQ. Dr. Roche of SMART said that training helps improve skills; information such as vocabulary, abstract thinking, concentration, memory, judgment, task management, alertness details, hand-eye coordination, non-verbal reasoning, planning ability and processing speed. They recently conducted 15 student tests at the national school, 4 months of training, two to three times a week for a total of about 120 minutes. Among them, the astonishing finding was an increase from an average IQ of 97 to an average of 120.
