The brake oars of this product are fabricated with high quality aluminum alloy material (ADC12). The tholes are designed scientifically and reasonably with equal back force distributed, which makes the tholes have resistance to rupture and shape change advantages. The shoe brake is manufactured with excellent abrasion resisting carbon fiber characterized by resistance to abrasion and high temperature. The shoe brake is cohered with brake oars through import cement heating and the shear strength is ≥3.72Mpa.
The Material of Brake Shoe-- Aluminum rack: ADC12 Aluminum Alloy
The aluminum rack of brake shoes are processed by 180 ton high pressure casting machine, which will ensure the aluminum rack is hard and high density without any air bubble inside.

The Material of Brake Shoe-Brake lining: asbestos, non-asbestos, soft leather
The special formulations of this brake shoes friction material make it Low noise, good thermal recession and recovery, good performance of water recession.
