The CNC machine tool operation panel consists of two parts: the CRT/MDI panel and the machine operation panel. The CRT/MDI panel consists of a 9' CRT display and an MDI keyboard, as shown in Figure 1. It is used to display and edit various parameters and NC programs within the machine controller. The machine's operation panel consists of a number of operation buttons. As shown in Figure 2, it is used to directly control the machine and set the state.

This section first introduces the basic principles and precautions of some machine operations, which will be completed in the second half of this section. Secondly, the basic process of machine operation and machining will be introduced through an example; the operation of the machine tool and the NC program will be described later. The editing and the setting of the internal parameters of the machine are discussed in more detail. Finally, the hierarchical structure of the displayed contents of the machine CRT, the list of operating functions of the buttons of the MDI keyboard and the machine tool panel are given. Basic machine operation precautions: 1) Before machining a part, always check the normal operation of the machine first. Before processing, we must ensure that the machine tool works correctly by testing. For example, use a single block, feedrate override or mechanical lock, etc., and check the correct operation of the machine when the machine tool is not equipped with workpieces and fixtures. If you fail to confirm the correctness of the machine's motion, the machine may malfunction and it may damage the workpiece, the machine, or injure the user. 2) Before operating the machine, check the input data carefully. If incorrect data is used, the machine may malfunction, which may result in damage to the workpiece, damage to the machine itself, or injury to the user. 3) Make sure that the specified feedrate matches the machine operation you want to perform. In general, each machine has a maximum allowable feed rate. The proper feed rate varies depending on the operation. Please refer to the instructions provided by the random bed factory to determine the maximum feed rate. 4) Do not touch any key on the MDI panel before the CNC unit has displayed the position or alarm screen after power is turned on. Some keys on the MID panel are dedicated to maintenance and special operations. Pressing any of these keys may cause the CNC unit to be in an abnormal state. Starting the machine in this state may cause the machine to malfunction. 5) After turning on the machine power, it is necessary to manually return to the reference point. The travel check function cannot be used before manual reference point return. Note When the trip check cannot be performed, the system will not issue an alarm even if an overtravel occurs. This may cause damage to the tool, the machine itself, the workpiece, and even the user. 6) If the machine tool is running under program control, if the machining program is edited (modified, inserted, or deleted) after the machine tool is stopped, the machine will be restarted to resume automatic operation and the machine tool will have unpredictable actions. In general, do not modify, insert, or delete commands while the machining program is still in use. 7) The coordinate value of the FANUC 0 system program must have a decimal point, otherwise the value moves to the left by three decimal places; for example, the X axis moves 100mm, it should be written as X100. If it is written as X100, it means that it moves 0.1mm.Boiler Headers have boiler proper header, economizer header, superheater header and so on. It acts as collection ,mix, re-distributing working medium.
