Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages with packing list before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will takes about 5 to 7 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. How about your light packing ?
A: Usually all lightsare packed with neutral bubble bags / sealed bags/ box,If customer need custom made package,it is also acceptable.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

A : We offer 18 months warranty for our lights. Within warranty period you don't need to ship the defect lights back, just take a photo/video of the defect lights, then we will send replacement FREE OF CHARGE with next shipment.
