Among them, the SEBS adhesive solution for water-soluble impurity removal technology development project uses emulsified water washing, acid neutralization technology process, so that the content of lithium impurities in SEBS products with the reputation of “green rubber” is greatly reduced, and the color stability of the product is significantly improved. It broadens the product application field and can meet the application requirements in the medical field (such as infusion bags). The overall technology is at the international advanced level.

Medical SIS new brand development project will extend the application of SIS products to the field of TCM drug delivery for the first time. The developed SIS product has features such as low dosing temperature, good initial tack, better tack retention, moderate peel force, etc., which can satisfy plasters and stickers. The preparation and performance requirements of the agent avoid the plant protease allergy caused by the natural rubber plaster. The project has now completed the pilot test and the product has been approved by the user.

The SIS hydrogenation pilot test technology development project has developed 3 pilot product brands and applied for 4 invention patents. The products are mainly used for optical cable ointment and medium and low-end lubricants to increase viscosity. The next step of the project is to plan for mass production on the proposed industrial device.

The curing agent for fiber-reinforced composite materials is a matching curing agent developed with vacuum-injection epoxy resin for wind power blades. At present, the curing agent has sold about 300 tons, the product has high strength, high modulus, high toughness, can fully meet the application requirements of downstream wind turbine blade manufacturers.

The dicyclopentadiene-phenol epoxy resin developed by the research project of dicyclopentadiene-phenol epoxy resin synthesis process has a good market application prospect in high-speed printing inks, laminates and other fields.
