Many people believe that the reason why Beiqi is willing to take over Fujian Daimler’s Chinese shares is to “build bricks and tiles” in order to create a large car group with a production value of RMB 100 billion and produce and sell 1.8 million cars. After Beiqi Holdings acquired the equity of Fujian Daimler, which is held by Fuqi, the project will remain independent and the project's production base will remain in Minhou, Fujian.
