Shuangliu Airport only released five outbound flights. Then Shuangliu Airport launched the second type blind drop system at 7:46, which enabled flights with Class II blind flight qualifications to fly to the destination. After a brief 33-minute shutdown, the first 98ZU flight to Nyingchi took off. However, the flight conditions at this time can only meet the flight requirements of a small number of flights with Class II blind drop system flight standards, that is, they cannot meet the flight landing standards, and can not meet the flight without the second type of blind drop takeoff conditions, so most flights can only be in situ. Wait for the weather to improve further.

At 8:44, Sichuan Airlines' 3U8871 flight to Taiyuan was able to leave Hong Kong. At 10:49, the CA4452 flight from Lijiang first landed. At this point, Shuangliu Airport was fully operational. During this period, a total of more than 90 flight delays were caused. Four flights were scheduled to drop airports in Kunming and Chongqing, resulting in the cancellation of 23 flights and nearly 6,000 passengers were stranded at the airport.

It is reported that by 05:37 this morning, with the successful take-off of the 3U8868 flight to Kunming, all flight operations on the 7th were completed and did not affect the flight of today's scheduled flights. This completes today's flight. The mission created favorable conditions.

It is expected that most of the flights will be postponed for more than 4 hours today. Some flights will be implemented after the zero crossing. Shuangliu Airport will continue to adopt overnight operation measures. This is also the case that Shuangliu Airport is fully operational for three consecutive nights. Each airline will take a replacement passenger seat more.
