According to the agreement, China National Chemical Corporation will combine its “Twelfth Five Year Plan” to invest 12 billion yuan in Jinan Chemical Industrial Park to build a project that includes 1.5 million tons of catalytic pyrolysis and 600,000 tons of refined terephthalic acid. We have approved large-scale industrial projects with high technological content, high investment intensity, good taxation efficiency, and strong industry-led development.

According to reports, catalytic pyrolysis is a new type of technology that the state encourages and promotes. China National Chemical Corporation has a catalytic pyrolysis industrial device with independent intellectual property rights. This process uses paraffin-based crude oil as raw material for the production of ethylene and propylene, and produces the main products of olefins and aromatics. The olefins and aromatics are the main raw materials for synthetic resins, synthetic rubber, synthetic fibers, and are used for the development of new chemical material industries. basis. After the project is put into production, annual sales revenue of 15 billion yuan can be realized, which is of great significance for optimizing the industrial structure of Jinan Chemical Industry and promoting the development of chemical new material industry. The 600,000-ton refined terephthalic acid project was listed by the National Development and Reform Commission as a demonstration project for refined terephthalic acid technology equipment. The annual sales revenue is about 5 billion yuan, which has good economic and social benefits.

The Jinan Municipal Government and China National Chemical Corporation have maintained a good cooperative relationship for a long time. In particular, after the Jinan Yuxing Chemical Co., Ltd.'s annual output of 100,000 tons of titanium dioxide project was relocated to Jinan Chemical Industry Park in 2008, the cooperation between the two parties has deepened.
