The announcement mentioned that, under the same conditions, state-controlled companies, listed companies, local companies in Chongqing, or companies in the same industry with branches in Chongqing are given priority; the registered capital of the transferee is more than 200 million yuan, and the asset-liability ratio is not higher than 50. %, With medium-speed diesel engine production capacity and experience, it is given priority in the domestic medium-speed diesel engine market. The physical assets listed here mainly refer to the medium-speed diesel engine-related machinery and equipment, parts and components production lines, complete machine installation production lines, experiments and commissioning, energy supply, and plant and workshop, land and other related assets of Chongqing CWC’s CW200-dominated product series. And some projects under construction.
The CW200 series high-power medium-speed diesel engine is mainly used as a ship's power for passenger ships, fishing boats, small and medium-sized container ships, and ro-ro ships.
