General Descriptions:Boiling dryer is also called as fluidized-bed. It consists of air filter, heater, fluid bed main machine, feeder, cyclone separator, bag duster, high-pressure centrifuge fan, operation table and so on. Because the properties of raw materials are different, when dust collecting equipment is equipped, it should consider the practical needs. It can select cyclone separator and bag filter at the same time or one of them. Generally speaking, it needs to select cyclone separator only for the raw material that is heavy in specific gravity and bag filter for powdery and small granule raw materials that are light in specific gravity. Meanwhile there is a complete feeder for selection.
Principle:
Separated granule solid raw material is fed into fluidized-bed dryer through feeder. The fresh air through filtering and heating is sent to the bottom of fluidized-bed by fan and contacts with solid raw material on distributing plate. In this way the fluidized state is formed and the heat exchange between air and solid is carried out. The dried raw material is discharged from outlet and wasted GAS is exhausted from the top of fluidized-bed where catches solid powder through cyclone separator and bag filter.
Heat Sources:
Steam, electricity or hot air furnace can be used (it can be supplied as requested).
Scope of Application:
It is suitable for drying raw materials in bulk or granule, for example, in pharnaceutical industry: medical raw materials, granule for pressing tablet,drinking medicine of Chinese traditional medicine; in chemical industry: drying and dehumidifying of plastic resin, citric acid, other powdery or granule raw materials; in foodstuff and grain process industry: drying for drinking amterial of foodstuff, maize embryo and feedstuff. In general, the diameter of raw materials will be 0.1~6mm. The best diameter will be 0.5~3mm.

   A: 15 months after the equipment is arrived at the destination port or 12 months after the installation and commissioning of the equipment, whichever comes first.
2. Q: Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?
  A: Yes, we do. If on request, we'll provide the guidance of on-site installation and commissioning. Usually one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer to assist.
3. Q: How about the cost of on-site installation and commissioning guidance?
   A: The cost consists of round-trip air tickets, room and board expenses, service cost (labor cost), and site transportation (or directly provided by client), which shall be paid additionally.
