Continue to increase credit support for energy-saving technological transformation projects and support eligible enterprises to issue energy-saving corporate bonds.
He said that the "Energy Conservation Law" revised in October 2007 was formally implemented on April 1, 2008. China will increase the propaganda of this law, step up the development of its supporting laws and standards, increase the intensity of key energy conservation projects and the promotion of energy conservation actions for 1,000 enterprises, strengthen energy conservation in key areas, and increase energy conservation law enforcement.
China will continue to promote localities to accelerate the establishment of energy-saving monitoring agencies and lay a solid foundation for the implementation of energy-saving law enforcement supervision.
