1. Deep and shallow cavity structure dynamic and static pressure bearing: suitable for high speed and light load machine tool spindle, such as M1432 external grinding, MGA6025 tool grinding.
2. Hole type toroidal throttling deep cavity dynamic and static pressure bearing: suitable for medium speed medium load machine tool spindle, such as MG1432 cylindrical grinding, MM7150 flat grinding, M1080 centerless grinding, roll grinding and so on.
3. Pin-type internal feedback dynamic and static bearing: suitable for machine tool spindles with large range of load and speed variation.
4. Conical hydrostatic bearing: suitable for high-speed internal grinding head spindle system (such as 2110 internal grinding head), electric spindle, and internal channel grinding machine.
Precautions for use
1. Replace the 2# spindle oil and coarse fine filter after one year of normal use.
2. When using the pump station normally, it is necessary to add 3 layers of silk cloth to filter.
3. When the spindle pulley and the grinding wheel are loaded and unloaded, it must be carried out while the pumping station is working. That is, the spindle is performed while the static pressure oil is floating. This does not damage the spindle and the hydrostatic bearing.
4. Observe whether the pump station pressure and the static pressure of the grinding head are within the specification before working on the grinding wheel spindle.
5. When the equipment is shut down, the grinding head motor must be stopped first. After the grinding wheel is stopped, turn off the pumping station, otherwise the grinding head will be easily damaged.
6. To change any parts on the pumping station, be sure to remove the high-pressure oil inlet hose connector. After replacing the parts, the oil circuit will self-circulate for 15-20 minutes before connecting the oil inlet pipe to the grinding head, thus ensuring the entry into the grinding machine. The spindle oil of the head is a super clean spindle oil that has been finely filtered. This will extend the life of the hydrostatic spindle.
