Recently, the Municipal Finance Bureau and the Municipal Agricultural Machinery Bureau jointly issued the "Notice on the 2018 Annual Municipal Grain Drying Center Construction Subsidy Fund" to clearly clean the existing grain drying center (burning coal) for biomass, gas or air source heat pumps. The energy hot blast stove was upgraded and given preferential subsidies. This is the first time that the city has included the reform of the hot blast stove of the coal-fired grain drying center into the financial support scope. The specific implementation measures shall be formulated by the county and districts in the amount of funds allocated at the municipal level, based on the local 2018 grain drying center construction and the transformation of the existing grain drying center coal-fired hot blast stove.
