A few days ago, Gansu Ronghua Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd. officially passed the acceptance of the manufacturer. As the first independent brand owned by Dongfeng Nissan, the two models of Qichen’s D50 and R50 have also passed the baptism of the Gansu market for the past two years. How about the performance of the Qichen brand in the Gansu market? Gansu Ronghua Qichen 4S shop in the Gansu market will have what kind of action? In this regard, we interviewed Zhang Jinhuan, general manager of Gansu Ronghua Qichen 4S shop, and hoped to be answered.

Easy car network: You first introduce to us, Gansu Ronghua Qichen some basic information.

Mr. Zhang: Our Ronghua Qichen is actually the first Qichen brand A-level 4S shop in Gansu. We opened an urban exhibition hall from April 23, 2012, and it has been operating since then. It passed the manufacturer on August 20 of this year. Acceptance, and will be officially opened in mid-September. And with the opening of Gansu Ronghua Qichen 4S shop, we believe that our business coverage will be further and better serve the Qichen owners in Gansu Province.

Easy car network: You just mentioned that we are a Kai Chen brand A-level shop. Can you briefly introduce the different standards for setting up shop under Kai Chen?

Zhang Zeng: Kai Chen manufacturers divided the new store's construction standards into A/B/C/D four levels. The A-level is the largest store, the most comprehensive facility, and the highest quality of personnel, regardless of hardware conditions or the integration of personnel. Quality is required by the highest standards, that is, Qichen’s flagship store.

Easy Carnet: You just mentioned that Ronghua Qichen has been in business for a year and a half. During this time, how is the sales situation?

Mr. Zhang: In fact, we have not yet opened a business in the strict sense, because we only had an urban exhibition hall in the first year to do the secondary sales of Guangdong Wanjiang, and it was the first time that Dongfeng Daily had the brand power. It is also because there is no business in Lanzhou and the visibility is not very high. So in the past, we mainly put great efforts on the 3rd and 4th level markets in Gansu Province, that is, the surrounding prefecture-level cities and counties. We have so far developed 11 secondary distributors in Gansu Province in Gansu Province. Basically, a completed secondary network coverage has been formed. Currently, secondary network sales account for about 80% of our total sales. After the opening of Grade A stores in Lanzhou City, we believe Lanzhou's sales will account for about 40%.

Easy car network: It seems that the 34 cities have high acceptance of Kai Chen's brand. What are we doing? Where are the advantages of our car?

Mr. Zhang: Because Qichen’s two models are priced at less than 100,000 yuan, they are very popular among low-end models, that is, national cars.

In addition, Kai Chen is mainly a Nissan technology, Nissan's engine, belongs to a joint venture's own brand. Qichen as a joint venture's own brand and other brands are slightly different. Other independent brands are independently developed by the Chinese people. Qichen’s R&D team is a research and development team of Nissan. Its team has not changed, and the two are public. of. The Kaichen D50 and R50 cars are the HR16EB engines that have extended the first place in the Nissan RV competition. This is our biggest bright spot. Secondly, Nissan’s technology is perfect, fine workmanship, low fuel consumption, and large space. This is a high-quality national car that all the people can sell. It is compared with Tiida and the old Tiida that the price has dropped by 30,000-40,000, but the quality has not dropped, the technology has also been improved and improved, the style has also been a certain change, so this car is still Loved by the majority of consumers.

Easy car network: sales policy? At present, car loans are very popular. Do we support it?

Mr. Zhang: Of course, we have already withdrawn the three credit card loans from China Merchants Bank, China Construction Bank and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. If we do not have these three credit cards, we can still use Nissan Finance to provide loans and car purchases. Therefore, if consumers want to do loans and car purchases, the selectivity is very high and they are very convenient. If the data is complete, the audit can be completed within a day as soon as possible to determine whether there is a loan to buy a car, but also because the convenience of the loan is currently in the Kai Chen consumer groups, about 50% are through the mortgage purchase.

Easy car network: That level of network sales so high, car users in these places to facilitate maintenance?

Mr. Zhang: It is our consistent aim to provide convenient, efficient and high-quality services to our customers. Therefore, regardless of where customers buy cars, they can enjoy high-quality after-sales services.

When we selected the secondary distributors, we first considered the after-sales service and maintenance capabilities, and made very stringent requirements. Because the topography of Gansu Province is very narrow, if a customer in Jiuquan purchases a car, the distance between the two places is several hundred kilometers. It is very unrealistic for them to come to Lanzhou for maintenance. Therefore, all the secondary distributors in Gansu Province have to do maintenance. Ability to enable customers to enjoy high quality services locally. And the spare parts used by all the secondary distributors in the maintenance and repair are all directly supplied by the 4S shop, and the quality can also be completely assured.

In addition, Dongfeng Nissan launched the Dongfeng Nissan and Qichen dual-brand mutual-renovation concepts at the beginning of the establishment of the Qichen brand. That is, if there is no local Kaichen service point, all Qichen owners can be located near Dongfeng Nissan 4S. In-store maintenance, so everyone can rest assured in this regard.

Easy car network: In that auto show, how about sales of Kai Chen?

Zhang Zong: Compared with previous auto shows, this time the sales volume has risen. This also shows that consumers are gradually accrediting the Qichen brand.

Easy car network: If you leave the auto show, how do we shop in the first half sales?

Zhang: If you compare with last year, finishing sales are still rising. From the overall sales of the manufacturers, this year's Qichen brand's full-year target is 100,000 units. At present, it has reached 60% of the tasks, and the completion of our overall task is similar, plus the immediate entry into the traditional car such as gold nine silver and ten. During the sales season, I am still very optimistic about the sales situation in the second half of the year.
