Eight, operating procedures
This equipment is a sorter with stricter operation requirements; it must be operated according to the operating procedures, otherwise it will not achieve its desired effect.
1. Before the mine is delivered, the machine must be filled with water, and the small discharge valve should be properly closed to reach normal (clockwise rotation of the hand wheel discharge opening, counterclockwise rotation OFF)
2. Adjusting and observing the difference between the liquid level and the escape surface in the central cylinder (or overflow condition) is the key to achieving the effect of magnetic separation.
1. When the liquid level in the central cylinder is low, it indicates that the inner bed of the sorter is very low or the internal pulp concentration is low. At this time, the small discharge port should be properly closed; when the internal concentration is increased, when the liquid level in the central cylinder slowly increases, Indicates that the internal concentration is increasing; to the low range.
2. When the liquid level difference between the liquid level and the overflow surface of the central cylinder is larger than the required range and continues to rise, the internal concentration is already high and the bed is already high. At this time, if the large discharge port is opened slowly, the overflow or the runaway will be blocked.
3. Maintain the height of the slurry bed in the cylinder. The bed is required to be 150-200mm from the overflow surface. When the bed is high, it is easy to turn over and run black. When the bed is low, the selection effect is poor (the black bed layer can be checked by the optional method).
4. Control the overflow flow, and the overflow grade should be 15-30%.
5. Control the underflow discharge concentration, the requirement is stable at 55-60%, the emission concentration is small, and the concentration of the bed or cone area (heavy medium) can not be formed in the separator. When the emission concentration is too high, it will cause a serious imbalance in the ore supply, and the bed will rise and run black.
6. Check the water supply pressure and flow rate frequently. The water supply is small, the water flow rises at a low speed, the shear force is small, and the gangue and the joint are not clean. The water supply is large, the water flow rises at a high speed, and the fine-grained high-grade flocs easily enter the overflow loss or circulation.
7. Regularly check whether the ore supply is stable. When the ore is not stable, the water should be properly added.
The critical flow rate of the magnetic agglomeration is the ascending water flow rate and the cone heavy medium concentration, so it is very important to ensure the water volume and low flow concentration.
Nine, operating precautions
1. It is strictly forbidden to fall into the body to prevent the blockage of the discharge port.
