Article 39 Motor vehicles in the factory shall establish safety technology management files one by one, including:

2. Use, maintenance, repair and self-test records;
3. Safety technical inspection report;
4. Vehicle accident record.
Article 40 The labor administrative departments at all levels shall be responsible for the safety supervision and inspection of motor vehicles in the factory.
Article 41 The motor vehicles in the factory that are in use, newly added and modified shall be registered by the vehicle unit to the labor administrative department of the locality to establish a vehicle file.
