1. The material of the scraper casing is 304 stainless steel, the thickness is: cover / side plate / guide / bottom = 3mm / 4mm / 6mm / 8mm, scraper is made of plate chain chain material is 304 stainless steel, scraper chain The scraper material is 10mm nylon plate, the head and tail wheel materials are 304 stainless steel, the head and tail shaft materials are 304 stainless steel, and the upper and lower wear rail materials are 304 stainless steel. Multiple inspection and cleaning ports are required.

2. The welding of the scraper and the connecting rod is not allowed to have defects such as cracks, slag inclusions, unwelded welding, and incomplete penetration. The weld bevel should meet the requirements of GB985. After welding, insulation measures are taken to anneal and eliminate welding stress; The seam strength is not less than 400 MPa.

3. The cumulative error of the length of the conveyor chain should be 0-0.25% of the test length.

4. The bridge between the middle of the wear-resistant rail of the buried scraper conveyor and the floor is plug welded, and the two sides of the guide rail are intermittently welded to ensure the welding of the guide rail is firm and reliable.

5. The buried scraper conveyor is well sealed, the material must not leak during the conveying process, and the discharge port is not blocked. The specific sealing method is as follows: the whole machine adopts the double sealing method: on the one hand, the high temperature asbestos rubber sheet XB450 is used as the sealing strip, which can prevent rain and dust; on the other hand, it is coated with the high temperature resistant sealant on the casing and asbestos. The rubber sheet and the flange joint surface prevent leakage. The rotating position of the head and tail is sealed with an adjustable packing to prevent dust leakage and ensure good sealing performance. The buried scraper transports the outside of the casing to allow water to rinse.

6. When the load of the buried scraper conveyor is running, the maximum noise level at 1m around the giant scraper shall not exceed 85dB(A).
