(1) Basic principles

3. After the reverse flotation desulfurization operation, the second section of the strong magnetic tailings enters the whole-grain floating titanium operation. The main agent is R-2 and sulfuric acid. 1. Magnetic separation technology. 2. Grading technology. The world's advanced Derrick high-frequency fine screen is used as the grading equipment to avoid the occurrence of over-grinding, to ensure the optimal particle size composition into the flotation, and to reduce the consumption of flotation chemicals;

3. Flotation technology. The use of the new flotation agent R-2 not only ensures the grade and recovery of the titanium concentrate, but also greatly reduces the cost of the beneficiation .
