In order to ensure the safe and effective function of the exhaust fan and ensure the safe production, the safety measures for the use of the exhaust fan are as follows:

Installation requirements for the exhaust fan

The fan is first installed at a distance of 200-300 meters from the rear triangle point. The fan is hung on the top plate, using a dedicated power supply, and is strictly connected according to the product manual. The location is designated by the security zone when the transfer is required. A filter screen is arranged in the suction side air cylinder, and a air duct joint is “virtually connected” within 10-15 meters of the air inlet of the air cylinder as a safety wind window. A gas sensor is installed in the air cylinder 10-20 meters outside the safety wind window to monitor the gas concentration, and the gas is electrically locked to the exhaust fan.

Air duct connection requirements

The air duct uses a skeleton air duct with a diameter of 0.8 m. It is required that the air duct should be hung straight, the joints are tight and airtight, and the corners are slowly bent, and the sharp bend is not allowed. When each section of the air duct is hung, it must be stretched to prevent the air duct resistance from being too large, which affects the air volume of the fan. When hanging the air duct, it cannot be on the same side as the cable, and it is hung on the roof of the roadway to reduce the impact on pedestrians and vehicles.

Safety technical measures

The comprehensive mining team arranged a special person to look after the exhaust fan. The tile inspector is responsible for managing and moving the air duct at the rear triangle point. When the exhaust fan is in use, the air intake of the air duct cannot be directly placed in the high-concentration gas area, and the distance between the air blowers and the airflow entering the air duct through the safety wind window is always below 2%.

The gas sensor in the suction side air cylinder has an alarm concentration of greater than or equal to 2.0%, and the power failure value is greater than or equal to 2.5%. The re-concentration concentration is less than 2.0%. When the gas sensor shows that the gas concentration reaches 2.5% or exceeds 2.5%, the substation must be able to automatically cut off the power supply to the exhaust fan and the working surface. The monitoring electrician calibrates the sensor once every 7 days to ensure that the sensor is sensitive and reliable.

The air exhaust vent of the exhaust fan is located in the special channel of the -410EW407 return airway, and the air cylinder is hung on the top plate, and the exhaust direction is opposite to the top plate. At the same time, fences and warning signs are set for the EW407 dedicated return air inlet and outlet to prevent Personnel enter. And the inner return air channel coupled EW407 dedicated channel iron, cables, pipes and other metal objects disconnected. A gas sensor is arranged in front of the exhaust vent of the exhaust fan and the airflow mixing place of the EW407 dedicated return air passage (30 meters before the discharge port), the alarm power-off concentration is greater than or equal to 1%, and the re-energization concentration is less than 1%. The power-off range is the power supply of the exhaust fan itself.

Before opening the exhaust fan, you must first hit the large joint of the air duct (safety windshield), and put the air intake of the air duct into the wind flow with the gas concentration not exceeding the limit. After the fan is running normally, gradually reduce the virtual joint gap, set the suction port, and draw the gas at the triangle point. When the gas sensor in the suction side air pump alarms, it is necessary to promptly use the large virtual joint gap to dilute the gas or move the air tube suction port to prevent the gas concentration from exceeding the limit, causing frequent power failure of the fan, which affects the pumping effect.

It is strictly forbidden to use the iron wire hanging on the 8# iron wire in the air duct entering the advance support. It must be hung with the air duct cloth.

When the inspector moves the air duct or the linen curtain at the rear triangle point, it is strictly forbidden to directly enter the high gas area to treat the gas.

Every day, the inspection team will arrange a special person to check the condition of the air duct and find out that the air cylinder is damaged or the suspension is loose.

Within 1 meter in front of the air inlet of the air duct, it is ensured that there are no pieces of wood chips, cloth pieces, plastic bags, etc., to prevent the fan from malfunctioning due to the suction fan.

Each time the exhaust fan is started, check the gas concentration in the airflow of the roadway within 20 meters of the fan and switch. Only when the gas concentration is below 1%, the fan can be started. At the same time, it must be tested before each opening to determine whether the fan is reversed to prevent misoperation. When starting, you must first open a single machine. After the single unit is normal, turn on the dual-machine operation.

When the fan is running, always check whether the fan has noise or abnormal sound or impact sound. Whether the sealing parts in the casing leak air, whether the air cylinder is sucked or not, and stop the treatment when there is any problem.

The wind detector measures the air volume on the suction side and the end exhaust side of the air duct once a week to ensure that the air volume of the fan meets the requirements.

With the advancement of the working surface, it is necessary to promptly withdraw and adjust the suction side air duct to ensure the best pumping effect. The retracted air ducts should be transported to the fan where they are neatly arranged, listed for management, and the quantity reaches one car and the fashion car. go.

When the operation of the fan is required to disconnect the air duct, the air suction port of the air cylinder must be moved to an area where the gas concentration is less than 1%. It is strictly forbidden to pass the gas flow of more than 1% by the full wind pressure in the air cylinder.

The gas sensor in the suction side air duct must be kept in the middle and upper position of the air cylinder, and is more than 100mm away from the wall of the air cylinder. The sensor window is tight and airtight at any time.
