Yulin, October 6th: The Guangxi Public Security Bureau of Yulin City disclosed to reporters on the 6th that the robber Zou Mouzhong had escaped into hiding in many provinces and districts after he had escaped from a city detention center and was successfully captured by the local police.

According to the police, at 2:40 am on October 4, Yulin Public Security Bureau's cyber security defense detachment received a case report from a city's public security bureau. The robbery offender Zou Mouzhong, who was evacuated from the city’s detention center, may have been taken from Haikou, Hainan Province. The car arrived in Yulin and requested Yulin police to assist in arrest.

After receiving the notification, Liang Dechu, head of the Yulin City Public Security Bureau’s cyber security security team, immediately led four civilian police officers to the Yulin Bus Terminal to dispatch the police. One hour later, a man suspected of Zou Mouzhong got off at the Yulin Bus Terminal. The police successfully captured Zou Mouzhong by verifying the situation with the Municipal Public Security Bureau.

After interrogation, Zou Mouzhong was born in Zhaoping County, Hezhou, Guangxi. He was 27 years old and was previously sentenced to 16 years imprisonment for robbery and crimes of intentional injury. On September 28, Zou Mouzhong returned to the district after the meeting and the police did not pay attention to escape. After he escaped, Zou Mouzhong escaped and hid in places like Hunan, Guangdong and Hainan.
