Refrigerated dryer with a cooling condensation working principle, mainly consists of the heat exchange system, cooling system and electrical control system. First, the compressed air into the pre-cooler for air - gas or air - water heat exchange, removing a portion of heat, then into the hot and cold air exchanger, makes heat changes with the cooled air which has come out from the evaporator and cooled to a pressure dew point. Then the compressed air temperature is further reduced. After the compressed air into the evaporator, the heat exchange with the refrigerant, the compressed air temperature to 0-8 °C, moisture in the air at this temperature for precipitation, separated by the gas-water separator, after automatic drainage discharge. The low-temperature and dry air enters cold air exchanger for heat exchange, the output temperature.
