Recently, Sinopec's “Development of low-gel-content butadiene rubber†and “Low Mooningham benzene rubber SBR1507 technology development†undertaken by Qilu Petrochemical Rubber Factory passed the appraisal.
The low gel content butadiene rubber uses a novel nickel-based three-way catalytic system of nickel naphthenate, triisobutylaluminum, and BF3·D complexes to synthesize different denier viscosity of different deniers. Diene rubber, currently the technology has been granted Chinese invention patents.
Low Mooney styrene rubber SBR1507 achieves the first industrial production in China, and its product performance has reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. Compared with the common grade SBR1502, the processing technology has obvious advantages, and can be applied to molded products, foam rubber products and conveyor belts. Can also be generalized to general rubber products, with good social and economic benefits.
