Wireless high-voltage nuclear phaser use method

The use of wireless high-voltage nuclear phaser collector and precautions analysis:
Collector detection:
Collector schematic: Wireless high-voltage nuclear phaser collector
(1) When replacing the battery, rotate it counterclockwise to remove the housing of the collector. Then open the battery cover and replace the battery.
(2) The collector has two contact tips that can be replaced with each other as needed. Turn the contact counterclockwise to remove it when replacing.
4. On-site nuclear phase description:
1 Firstly connect the X and Y collectors to the same high voltage line. The host display should show X and Y in phase with a phase difference of 355° to 005°.
2 In the nuclear phase of the high-voltage line, the X and Y collectors should be arranged in the following order for the nuclear phase: AA′ in phase 355°┉ 005°: AB′ different phases 120° or 240°, BB′ in phase 355°┉ 005°, BC′ is out of phase by 120° or 240° and CC′ is in phase 355°┉005°.
3 If you want to get accurate values, you should place one of the collectors on the collection point of the high voltage line, and then move the other collector around the other collection point of the high voltage line before and after, or shift X and Y to find out the most. Accurate phase angle.
4 In the nuclear phase, test data such as AA′, AB′, BB′, BC′, and CC′ all show different phases. This is due to the fact that the measured two sets of power supply lines have different wiring groups and may appear 30°. Or 60° phase difference. The following describes the measurement criteria when such a situation occurs (taking a 30° phase difference as an example): The test method is the same as that of 1 and 2. The measured result should be: AA′ different phases 30°, AB′ different phases 120° or 240° BB′ out of phase 30°, BC′ out of phase 120° or 240°, CC′ out of phase 30° (Note: 120° and 240° only indicate positive or negative phase sequence)
5 When measuring ≥10KV, X and Y can be directly on the wire or insulation skin for nuclear phase
6 In the ≥66KV nuclear phase, X and Y collectors can take contact or non-contact method nuclear phase. (If measuring 110KV and 220KV, place the X and Y collectors 300mm to 1000mm below the high voltage wire. When measuring 500KV, place the X and Y collectors 1000mm-2000mm below the high voltage wire and measure the allowable deviation of 300mm.)
7 Measuring phase sequence: Suppose a line is phase A, X is placed on phase A, and Y is placed on the other phase. If 120° is displayed, the phase sequence is indicated, and the corresponding is “B”. 240° is the reverse phase sequence, and the corresponding is "C".
8 Electrical inspection: One of the collectors is hung on the high voltage wire. If the host's screen shows the symbol of the corresponding collector, the high voltage wire is powered. In contrast, if the host's screen does not display the symbol of the collector, it means that the high-voltage line is dead (but the collector cannot replace the electroscope).
Wireless high-voltage nuclear phaser maintenance:
1. This product is a precision meter and cannot be opened at will.
2. Change the battery at least once a year.
3, this product should not be stored in a humid, high temperature, dusty environment.
4, insulation rod should be used before the first use pressure test.
5, insulation rod should be a pressure test once a year.
Note: The upper part of the first section of the insulation rod has a built-in antenna of 350mm long and cannot withstand voltage test. The built-in antenna and wall insulation withstand voltage is (15) kV.

HPMC

Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is a kind of non-ionic cellulose ether which is made from natural macromolecular material cellulose through a series of chemical processing. They are a white powder that swells into a clear or slightly turbid colloidal solution in cold water. It has the characteristics of thickening, adhesion, dispersion, emulsification, film forming, suspension, adsorption, gel, surface activity, water retention and colloid protection. Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and methyl cellulose can be used in building materials, coating industry, synthetic Resin, ceramic industry, medicine, textile, agriculture, daily chemical and other industries.
Chemical equation:
Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) [C6H7O2 (OH) 3-m-n (OCH3) m (OCH2CH (OH) CH3) n] x
Application field:
â—† Cement-based plastering
1. Improve the uniformity, make the plastering easier to apply, and improve the anti-sagging ability. Enhance mobility and pumpability to improve work efficiency.
2. With high water retention, it can prolong the working time of mortar, improve the working efficiency, and help the mortar to form high mechanical strength during the solidification period.
3. The air infiltration is controlled to eliminate the micro-cracks of the coating and form an ideal smooth surface.

â—† Light board
1. It enhances the machinability of the extruded lightweight board, and has adhesive strength and lubricity.

2. Improve the wet strength and the adhesion of the plate after extrusion.

â—† gypsum plaster and gypsum products

1. Improve the uniformity, make the plaster easier to apply, and improve the anti-sagging ability to enhance the fluidity and pumpability. So as to improve work efficiency.
2. High water retention, extending the working time of mortar, and producing high mechanical strength during solidification.
3. By controlling the uniformity of mortar consistency, a high-quality surface coating is formed.

â—† Masonry mortar
1. Enhance the adhesion with the masonry surface, and can enhance the water retention, so that the strength of mortar can be improved.
2. Improve the lubricity and plasticity to improve the construction performance. The use of cellulose ether reinforced mortar is easier to use, save time, and improve cost efficiency.
3. The model with special high water retention is available for the bricks with high water absorption

â—† Plate joint filler
1. Excellent water retention, can prolong the cooling time and improve work efficiency. High lubricity makes application easier and smoother.
2. Improve the shrinkage resistance and cracking resistance, and improve the surface quality.
3. Provide a smooth and uniform texture, and make the bonding surface more adhesive.

â—† Tile adhesive
1. The dry mixing ingredients are easy to mix without agglomerates, thus saving working time. As the application is faster and more effective, it can improve the constructability and reduce the cost.
2. The tiling efficiency is improved by extending the cooling time. Achieve adhesion effect.
3. Special development models with high skid resistance are available.

â—† Water-based paint and paint remover
1. The storage life is extended by preventing solid precipitation. It is compatible with other components and has high biological stability.
2. It dissolves quickly without lumps, which helps to simplify the mixing process. The cold water dispersion model can make the mixing faster and more convenient,And it does not produce lumps.
3. It produces favorable flow characteristics, including low splashing and good leveling, which can ensure excellent surface finish and prevent paint sagging.
4. Enhance the viscosity of water-based paint remover and organic solvent paint remover, so that the paint remover will not flow out of the workpiece surface.
