After 72 consecutive hours of trial operation, on March 26, Yizhang Hongyuan Chemical's annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of aluminum fluoride production line was formally put into operation.
In May last year, Hongyuan Chemicals, which is controlled by China National Chemical Corporation, invested RMB 1 billion in Yizhang, relying on abundant local fluorite resources to build an annual output of 80,000 tons of aluminum fluoride, 210,000 tons of dry fluorspar, and annual Production lines with more than 13,000 tons of fluoride salts and 200,000 tons of sulfuric acid annually produce fluorine chemicals including aluminum fluoride, cryolite, potassium fluoroborate, potassium fluorotitanate, and fluorite powder. The aluminum fluoride production line successfully tested and successfully produced the first batch of aluminum fluoride, and the product reached the first-grade product requirements, marking the preliminary success of Hongyuan Chemical's use of low-grade fluorspar to produce aluminum fluoride technology, which is China's fluorite resources.
