Metallocene products are more demanding on process conditions, and the linear device is a device that was put into operation in the 1980s. The equipment is aging and the process is backward, making production more difficult. In order to ensure the successful completion of production tasks, the plant will perform an overhaul of the equipment in advance, clean the heat exchangers and reactors, and carry out technical transformations in parts. After the equipment is put into operation to drive, a small load is produced. After the temperature is stable, the load is slowly increased. The workshop leaders and technicians are following the instruction of the class to resolve temperature fluctuations and static electricity problems at any time to ensure the stable production of the device. At the same time, through laboratory analysis, the raw material accuracy is strictly monitored, and qualified products are finally produced.
According to reports, products made with metallocene catalysts have better toughness and tensile strength and are brighter and more transparent. According to the factory's technical staff, in a market inspection, customers used the heavy metal bags produced by the plant to fill 20 kg of water, and then threw them down from a height of 10 meters. The bags were in place after landing.
It is reported that because metallocene polyethylene products are basically relied on imports, the prices are relatively high, and manufacturers are using materials such as gold, which are generally processed under the conditions of ensuring product performance. Daqing Petrochemical Plastics Factory is the only company in China that produces this product. In the absence of inferior performance to imported materials, Daqing Petrochemical Plastic Factory has a share of the market at relatively low prices.
