Electric Mounted Ventilated and Heated Car Seat

Denso will launch the "Cool & Warm Cushion" car seat that will have two functions at the same time when it is hot and ventilate when it is hot in cold weather in early January 2012. In the summer months when the sun is strong and on cold winter mornings, the period of time before the heaters and air conditioners are activated can be comfortably used after starting the engine. Suitable for long-distance taxis and business vehicles. The goal is to sell 5000 annually.

In the past, most seat cushions had only one function of ventilation and heating. This will require replacement in different seasons. The new product has both functions and can be used throughout the year. When it is hot, the cold air generated by the refrigerator is sent by the fan under the seat into the seat cushion, and the air is sent to the seat surface and the waist to eliminate the heat. In cold weather, the heater on the seat warms the feet that are particularly cold.

The power supply is supplied by a cigarette lighter adapter. In terms of rated current, it can be switched between 0.8A and 0.3A in two stages when ventilating and 1.8A when heated. The use temperature range is -10 ~ 40 °C. The external dimensions are 310*height and 225~295mm on the back, and 377*length and 405~475mm on the seat. Seat length can be adjusted by changing the crease.
