In 2014 alone, Nantong Port had a total of 480,600 US dollars worth of products returned for transportation.

The Nantong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau reminds exporting companies to check empty containers before shipment to determine if there are a lot of stains, leaks, and seals on the doors. If necessary, they may apply for proper load identification to avoid losses. Enterprises should choose the mode of transport, tools, and routes that are appropriate for the goods.
