The reporter observed that unlike a double-decker bus traveling in the urban area, this is a convertible bus; the top of the car is a canvas-like soft leather roof. Pan Lei, head of the brand and marketing department, told reporters that the car is mainly used for tourism purposes.

Panley explained that the design idea of ​​tourism and sightseeing vehicles is to provide a wide field of vision and meet the needs of space to the greatest extent, and the design of the open can meet this point exactly. First export a batch and then assemble it locally

Panley said that Yaxing’s convertible double-decker bus that is exported to Nigeria in Africa is the first overseas CKD project in Yaxing history. The so-called CKD project is to provide automobile parts and components from Yaxing, export it overseas, and assemble it locally.

“We exported to Nigeria this time, and the first products appeared in the form of vehicle exports. Subsequent products will be manufactured by Yaxing and will be assembled locally in Nigeria.” Panley emphasized that the double-decker bus has high technical requirements and is called “ The dancer on the tip of the knife has to break through the layout problems of the city's elevated height limit, air conditioning in the limited space of the carriage, stairs, and chairs. Yaxing's previous exports mostly took the form of vehicle exports. So why did you use the export + assembly model this time? In this regard, Panley explained that the local assembly can quickly occupy the overseas market.

“General vehicle export prices are relatively expensive. Selling 600,000-700,000 double-decker buses in China may result in export prices of 1.7 million yuan.” He said that because of price issues, the total amount of foreign vehicles imported by foreign customers is generally Not great.

In the local assembly, the price is much cheaper. "With less import tariffs and other expenses, it is certainly cheaper to assemble buses."

In addition, "If all the use of imported vehicles, after-sales will be very troublesome for overseas users." He said that there is no supply of spare parts, even if it is a broken tire, but also imported from China.

After assembly in the area, these troubles will be saved. “We will set up after-sales and other supporting facilities in the local area, and the supply of spare parts will also be guaranteed.” Pan Lei said that the improvement of after-sales service will also enhance the goodwill of overseas users on Yaxing products.

Australian customers custom mine bus

Panley said that after many years of development, Yaxing has formed a full range of product lines for passenger cars.
