1) Temperature of the slurry The fluorite is usually used as a carboxylic acid collector by the flotation collector . Since the carboxylic acid has a high freezing point, the slurry temperature has a significant influence on the flotation process. In a certain temperature range, the temperature increases, the solubility of carboxylic acid in the pulp increases, and it is easy to disperse, which is beneficial to the full utilization of the collection performance. Therefore, the oleic acid used in the production is generally heated to 30 °C.
2) The pH value of the pulp The pH value of the pulp has a great influence on the flotation of fluorite. When using oleic acid as the collector, the pH is 8~11, the floatability is good, and it can reach 80~ 90% recovery rate; when the pH value is 6, the floatability is also good. For different types of fluorite ore, the floatability of the gangue mineral is also affected by the pH value, which affects the sorting effect, for example, when When oleic acid is used as the collector, the floatability of fluorite and calcite is better when the pH is 8~9.5. The flotation agent 1 collector collector is used as the collector of fluorite except oleic acid. Usable hydrocarbyl sulfate, alkyl sulfonated succinamine, sodium oleate sulfonate, and other sulfonates and amines;
2 Inhibitor water glass is the most commonly used inhibitor of fluorite flotation. In order to improve the selective inhibition ability of water glass, water glass and soluble salt are combined into a combination inhibitor, or sulfuric acid is proportioned to form acidic water glass.
4) The quality of water When fluorite is collected by oleic acid, there are Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions in the water. Studies have shown that the presence of Mg2+ will seriously interfere with the flotation of fluorite, significantly reducing the flotation effect, so flotation fluorite The water needs to be softened beforehand to add sodium carbonate to soften the water.
