Honda Stream will be domestically produced in China within two years. This Tuesday, the reporter learned from authoritative sources that the new car series will be produced on the Civic platform of Dongfeng Honda, and will be renamed as “Si Yun” after it is put into operation.

Stream implied "fluent" and is an MPV model under the Honda Group. Based on the "Global Compact Platform" developed by CIVIC, the body is slightly smaller than the current domestic Odyssey produced by Guangzhou Honda. Stream was named "Rhyme" in China. The first generation had entered China in imported form and achieved good results. At present, the new generation of Honda Stream further extends the wheelbase, and the redesigned chassis also makes the first and second rows have wider seats. The use of a low-floor, car-style design allows each passenger to gain extra space. Although rhyme as the MPV, but the body height is only 1545mm, 233 three-row seven-seat design highlights the versatility and practicality of small MPV. According to sources, the Stream, which is on the same platform as Civic, has been put into Dongfeng Honda's domestic vehicle sequence.
