The first phase of the project in the Liaoxi Environmental Protection Industrial Park is mainly for waste oil solvent distillation and mixed sludge treatment. The person in charge of the Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. told reporters that when processing waste oil, waste organic solvents, and other chemical substances, the park used high-temperature distillation at 350° C. to carry out styrene and marine fuel oils that have re-use value. Recovery, and the formation of new oil products, and distillation residues, etc. can be used as incinerator fuel. In the treatment of iron mud, sewage sludge, and sludge, the park uses waste oil as a fuel and heats the sludge in a burning kiln at a high temperature of 1000°C to burn off all toxic and hazardous substances such as dioxins. The waste heat generated after high-temperature incineration will be collected by pipelines for the use of heating in the park.

According to the plan, the environmental protection industrial park in western Liaoning covers an area of ​​130 acres and will become the largest "poison" treatment center in the western part of the province. If the operation of the industrial park achieves the desired results, it will become one of the most important hazardous waste disposal parks in the province.
