It's well known that it's very cold and even snows in Korea in winter. The Korean customer has mentioned that the CNC spindle water chiller is unable to start due to the extremely low temperature (or the freezing of cooling water) in the chilly winter. Then they asked if water could be replaced by antifreeze as the cooling medium in winter. Our answer is: Absolutely not! However when antifreeze is used as the cycling medium, it must be diluted strictly according to a certain proportion to avoid the damage on the internal components of water chiller caused by the corrosion effect of antifreeze. But when it gets warmer and water doesn't freeze, make sure to drain water from the water tank and replace it with purified water.
This Korean customer, who is mainly engaged in the production of the following equipment, including CNC engraving machine, CNC laser cutting machine, CNC plasma machine and acrylic polishing machine with an annual production of about 400 sets, asked for the cooling solution for 2+2 series wound four-axis engraving machine from S&A.
This Korean customer has said wittily that we should have known each other earlier and lots of knowledge about the operation of water chiller has been learned.
