Second, expand the proportion of commodities, increase the coverage rate of standard parts, increase the proportion of specialization and commercialization of moulds, guide enterprises in the direction of standardization, intensive and large-scale development, promote the adjustment of industrial structure, and enhance the market competitiveness of mould and die industries in various regions. .

Third, improve the product structure, improve the quality of molds, expand the export of molds and standard parts; give full play to Ningbo's attractiveness to foreign capital, and use large numbers of foreign companies in Ningbo to take advantage of high-grade molds to develop high-precision molds, giving priority to support. Electronic information and car-supported molds with large gaps in demand will reduce the proportion of medium and low-grade molds that lack the competitiveness and market surplus.

Fourth, implement brand strategy, cultivate several listed companies for molds, start branding of “Ningbo Mould”, and form a national, provincial and municipal ladder brand-name product cluster. Within five years, 50 new state-level products were created. Focus on supporting professional mold manufacturing enterprises with a certain scale, advanced technology, and market orientation, striving to cultivate 2-3 listed mold companies, 10 mold production enterprises with an output value of 100 million yuan, 30 enterprises with an output value exceeding 50 million yuan, and 80 production values ​​exceeding 3000 yuan Million enterprises. The backbone enterprises basically implement information management and fully pass ISO9000 quality management system certification.

Fifth, establish a public service platform to improve the quality of mold personnel; set up a public service platform such as Ningbo Mould Institute, Mold Digital R&D Center, Training Center, Analysis and Inspection Center, Information Service Center, Material and Heat Treatment Technical Consultation Center.
