Ocean Engineering Equipment Testing National Engineering Laboratory Application Approval

[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] Ocean Engineering Equipment Testing and Testing Technology National Engineering Laboratory The first Board of Directors Founding Conference and the first meeting was held on December 15, 2016 in Shanghai Tianping Hotel. Attending this meeting were: Leaders and representatives of 8 cooperative units of the Shanghai Development and Reform Commission and the relevant leaders of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and the National Engineering Laboratory for Marine Engineering Equipment Testing and Testing Technology (referred to as the "National Engineering Laboratory").

The meeting reviewed and approved the relevant management documents of the national engineering laboratories, such as the “Administrative Measures for National Engineering Laboratories for Marine Engineering Equipment Testing and Testing Technology”, and relevant leaders also awarded awards for 14 laboratories of the National Engineering Laboratory.

On June 15, 2016, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Reply from the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission on the National Engineering Laboratory Project for Marine Engineering Equipment Testing and Testing Technology" (No. 1495, High-Tech Development [2016]) of the National Development and Reform Commission, and approved the establishment of "Marine Engineering Equipment." Testing and Testing Technology National Engineering Laboratory".

The National Engineering Laboratory aims to establish marine engineering equipment testing and testing technology capabilities by integrating testing and testing conditions in various domestic laboratories. Based on the completion of national engineering laboratory construction requirements, it has developed and designed marine engineering equipment both at home and abroad. The users of tasks such as manufacturing, testing, and testing are open to provide multi-level services such as test and test technology research and development innovation, design consultation, and data sharing.

The national engineering laboratory is composed of 8 cooperative units, and the supporting unit is China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation's 704th Research Institute. The cooperation units include: the 711th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and the 7th Company of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. One or two research institutes, the Shanghai Institute of Instrumentation and Control Automation Testing and Testing Institute, China Classification Society Shanghai Institute of Standards, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Ocean University.

The National Engineering Laboratory will construct and construct 14 laboratories, of which the "Marine Engineering Marine Explosion-proof Equipment Testing Laboratory" will be built by the Shanghai Instrument and Automatic Control System Inspection and Testing Institute.
