In recent years, Weinan City has responded to the development trend of the times, accelerated the pace of smart city construction, comprehensively improved the application level of information technology, and was successfully selected as the second batch of pilot cities for smart cities in the country, and it has innovatively built a “communicative collaboration with Yunqibangnan”. At present, ten major systems such as government affairs, human society, health, business, and finance have been deployed to build a citywide data sharing and exchange platform. With the aid of a smart government platform, the public service telephones and 109 information resources of 27 municipal agencies, public enterprises, and public institutions were consolidated, and a government call center with the number “12345” was established.

In terms of “Internet + government services”, an on-line examination and approval platform for investment projects has been established, and departments such as development, housing, and housing have achieved online approval for the entire process of investment projects. The national tax, land tax, business and industry departments have realized online filing, shortened the processing time limit by 40%, and shortened the registration time by 60%, which has greatly facilitated the work of the masses.

During the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period, Weinan will use this as a motive force to continue to deepen the construction of “Wisdom-Shaped South”, coordinate the promotion of integrated applications, cultivate and expand smart industries, and accelerate the pilot projects of “Broadband Village”, “Broadband China” and “Wireless City”. The construction will focus on the promotion of broadband speed reduction and fee reduction, the construction of communication infrastructure, and the deep integration of information technology and industrialization.
