After experiments, data collection, establishment of mathematical models, and computer simulation integration, polycarbonate was synthesized by phosgene interface polycondensation, and an engineering technology package with an annual output of 20,000 tons of polycarbonate was completed, filling the domestic phosgene interface polycondensation process production. The blank of polycarbonate technology has completely independent intellectual property rights.

Since 2009, the company relied on 500 tons of polycarbonate medium-sized test equipment, and conducted two optimization and transformations on 500 tons of PC test equipment annually in May 2010 and March 2011 to produce qualified polycarbonate products. .
