Insiders know that when wireless monitoring projects are conducted, if the wireless transmission equipment is a wireless bridge, it must maintain the smooth flow of monitoring points and monitoring centers. However, in many cases, the on-site environment is not ideal. There are always one or two obstructions that block the microwave transmission line of the wireless bridge. At this time, the relay transmission method is needed.
There are 3 relay modes available here:
One, single-mode single wireless bridge relay The so-called single-mode single-radio bridge relay is to use a single-mode wireless bridge as a relay point, and then split to two antennas through a power splitter, and an antenna connects the wireless monitoring points.
Bridge, another antenna connected to the monitoring center's wireless bridge. Although this is the most cost-effective model, the use of splitters will reduce bandwidth by more than half, so in some large-scale workers
In the process, or in projects with high bandwidth requirements, such relaying methods are generally not used.
Second, single-mode dual wireless bridge relay
As the name suggests, this is the use of two single-mode wireless bridges as relay points, using switches to connect the two wireless bridges, one of which is located at the monitoring point of the wireless bridge, used as a receiving signal
The other one is aimed at the wireless bridge of the monitoring center and serves as a transmission signal. This mode is more common, although the use of the relay will lose bandwidth, but the loss of bandwidth will not be much
. Most of these methods are used in projects that require longer transmission distances, avoid obstacles, and require higher transmission bandwidth. The disadvantage is that there are more equipment to be used.
Third, dual-mode / multi-mode single wireless bridge relay
In this relay mode, a dual-mode or multi-mode wireless bridge is used as a relay point, and wireless bridges of monitoring points in various directions are passed through two or more antennas as receivers.
Align the antenna of the monitoring center wireless bridge as the transmitter. With the advantages of dual-mode or multi-mode, the cost of multiple wireless bridges can be saved without the use of power splitters or switches.
Installation is easier. This kind of relaying method is mostly used in the monitoring engineering or component MESH network, which has long transmission distance, high transmission bandwidth requirements, avoids obstructions, and multiple relay points.
The point is that the price of this kind of equipment is higher, but the relative performance is stronger.
At present, the second and third methods are used most frequently on the market. According to the needs of different users, it is most important to choose different relay methods.

Aluminum Profile
Aluminum Profile is a kind of alloy material with aluminum as the main component. Aluminum rods can obtain aluminum materials with different cross-section shapes by hot melting and extrusion. However, the proportion of added alloys is different, so the mechanical properties and application fields of industrial aluminum profiles are also different. Generally speaking, industrial aluminum profiles refer to all aluminum profiles except those for building doors and windows, curtain walls, indoor and outdoor decoration and building structures.
