Mid-western development accelerates production and sales growth by over 50%

In general, in the first half of 2010, under the trend of global apparel industry warming up, China's sewing machinery industry ushered in the recovery of the industry in the post-crisis era. Domestic demand was strongly released at the beginning of the year. International demand also gradually increased as countries' economies improved. All economic indicators of the industry increased by nearly 50% from the previous year. Production and exports achieved rapid growth, and the level of operations and benefits continued to increase. The pace of industrial restructuring has been accelerated.

According to statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics, in the first five months of 2010, 419 enterprises above designated size in China's sewing machinery industry achieved a total industrial output value of 12.2 billion yuan, an increase of 50.92%, an increase of 75 percentage points, and an industrial sales value of 11.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase. 52.56%, an increase of 77%; 98 industrial companies in the industry completed a total of 4.8 billion industrial production, an increase of 57.82%, industrial output value of 4.7 billion, an increase of 53.58%, an increase over the same period last year, respectively 104 Percentage points and 97 percentage points achieved a substantial increase.

Among the six traditional production areas, with the exception of Guangdong, the remaining production areas have experienced rapid growth in varying degrees. Jiangsu, Beijing, Tianjin, and Zhejiang all grew by more than 40% year-over-year, and the growth rate of Shanghai producing areas was as high as 114%. It is nearly a breakthrough of 160%. In the central and western regions of Chongqing, Hunan, Henan, and Anhui, with the downstream garment industry accelerating in China, the growth rate of output value is also higher than the average growth rate of all production areas, achieving rapid development.

According to the statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics, in the first five months of 2010, 419 sewing machines manufactured by enterprises above designated size in China produced a total of 4.46 million sewing machines, a year-on-year increase of 27.26%, and the increase in production and sales increased by more than 50 percentage points from last year. According to the statistics of the association, in the first 5 months of 2010, 98 complete machine companies in the industry produced 2.57 million sets of sewing machines, an increase of 38.94% year-on-year, including 820,000 household sewing machines, an increase of 4.08% year-on-year; and 1.68 million sets of industrial sewing machines. , year-on-year increase of 60.80%; garment machinery 70,000 units, an increase of 48.04%. The industry has sold 2.55 million sets of sewing machines, an increase of 52.29% year-on-year, including 770,000 home sewing machines, an increase of 25.76% year-on-year; 1.72 million industrial sewing machines, an increase of 69.10% year-on-year; and 60,000 clothing machines, an increase of 58.93% year-on-year. The production of sewing machinery products in China recovered in an all-round manner, especially as the production of industrial sewing machines increased month after month, and the recovery trend was significant.
