The trifluoroethane expansion project was undertaken by the Inner Mongolia San Aifu Fluorine Chemical Company with a total investment of 400 million yuan and the production capacity expanded from 0.5 million tons to 15,000 tons. The project started construction in May this year and was completed by the end of October. It is currently installing equipment and will start production in May next year. Products are mainly exported to the United States and Japan. For aviation, aerospace, refrigerators, air conditioning and other industries refrigerants and pharmaceuticals, cosmetics spray production, but also a substitute for Freon. After the project is put into production, sales revenue of 500 million yuan and profits and taxes of 120 million yuan can be realized. The global production capacity of trifluoroethane is 50,000 tons, including 30,000 tons of international production capacity, 20,000 tons of production capacity in Asia, and 0.5 million tons of production capacity in Daqing, Japan. Fengzhen City will be the world's largest trifluoroethane production base.
