Cleaning of the transmission and crankcase must be carefully performed

The dismantling and cleaning of the equipment and the dismantling and cleaning of the oil protection equipment are the key elements of the unit body, including the transmission, crankcase and oil hole slots. For lubricating oil equipment, it is mainly oil coolers, tanks, high tanks, accumulators, oil filters and oil pumps. Cleaning of transmissions and crankcases must be performed carefully due to their large volume and complex construction. It should be checked whether there are any iron scraps and impurities in each corner. If there are any foreign materials, they must be removed and cleaned one by one.

Sometimes because the factory is not well cleaned, the site must be cleaned repeatedly after repeated cleaning. Each oil hole and oil sump must be repeatedly purged with compressed air and then washed with kerosene. Sometimes steel wire can be used to pull through and wash. For oil coolers, accumulators and fuel tanks, due to the presence of a large amount of rust, the manufacturer has not cleaned it. According to the experience of Japan and West Germany, the best method is pickling. It is difficult to remove the net by other methods. The cleaned equipment should be protected by lubricating oil, and the opening of the equipment should be sealed to prevent foreign matter from entering the equipment.

During the process of dismantling and washing the equipment, yarn heads, cotton cloths, flannelettes or other short fiber materials cannot be used for cleaning and applying sponges and plastic foams for cleaning. Because the fiber heads of cotton heads and cotton fabrics can easily adhere to the inner wall of equipment, it will seriously contaminate the oil and lubricant, block the oil filter, reduce the oil supply, and affect the oil flushing of the unit.
