According to the plan, by 2005, the auto parts industry will achieve sales revenue of 40 billion yuan, and the comprehensive matching rate of all types of automobiles will reach 80%. Auto parts will be delivered to the main engine plant within three days.

Cultivate 8 to 10 key component companies and groups that have become internationally competitive, and build 8 to 10 national and provincial key component technology development centers to form component development capabilities that are synchronized with the entire vehicle. The performance of some key auto parts products has reached the level of similar foreign products to meet the requirements for vehicle safety, environmental protection and energy saving. The key components and key enterprises have passed the international standard quality system certification.

By 2010, the province's auto parts industry will achieve sales revenue of 80 billion yuan, which occupies an important position in the domestic auto parts industry.
