The P-type paperboard battery uses zinc chloride-based electrolyte, and the positive electrode materials all use high-activity manganese powder, such as electrolytic manganese, activated manganese, etc., and its leakage prevention performance is much higher than paste and C-type batteries, and is mostly used for high current. For continuous discharge applications, such as for cameras, flash sets, tape recorders, razors, electric toys, etc.

Cylindrical alkaline zinc-manganese dry battery Cylindrical alkaline zinc-manganese battery, also known as alkaline manganese battery, commonly known as alkaline battery, is the best performance of zinc-manganese battery series. The outer casing is generally made of 08F nickel-plated steel strip by cold rolling stamping, and also serves as a positive current collector. The electrolytic manganese dioxide cathode material is pressed into a ring to adhere to the inner wall of the column to ensure good contact, and the negative electrode is powdered. Although the nominal voltage of the cylindrical alkaline zinc-manganese battery is the same as that of the ordinary battery, both of which are 1.5 volts, since the alkaline battery is structurally used in the opposite electrode structure of the ordinary battery, the relative area between the positive and negative electrodes is increased. Moreover, the ammonium chloride solution and the zinc chloride solution are replaced by a highly conductive potassium hydroxide solution, and the negative electrode zinc is also changed from a sheet to a granular shape, thereby increasing the reaction area of ​​the negative electrode, and using a high-performance electrolytic manganese powder, The electrical performance is greatly improved.
