The first 250 mm diameter two-way cartridge valve was successfully tested

The first domestic equipment for the use of 250 mm diameter two-way cartridge valve developed by CSIC Haiyue Company, the flushing backhaul control valve group project, has been used successfully. Recently, the device passed the user acceptance.

The successful development of the flushing back control valve group project is based on the successful development of the hydraulic hoist system project for the world's largest ship lock, the Three Gorges Permanent Ship Lock, in the Three Gorges Project. Valves and large-scale integrated control technology, another successful practice of research and development of large and medium-sized electro-hydraulic control systems.

The flush return control valve group adopts a 250 mm diameter two-way cartridge valve which is twice as large as the 125 mm diameter of the Three Gorges permanent ship lock hydraulic hoist system, and adjusts the pressure, flow and direction of the oil through leverage. The forging hammer is reciprocated as a free fall and a vertical lifting motion to achieve a forging action. As one of the key equipments developed for Liaoyang Heavy Industry Group and installed in the 3,000-ton hydraulic block forging machine, the flushing backhaul control valve group project has the characteristics of high technical requirements, fast response and high degree of integration, and exceeds 80 mm. The development of the valve group is rarely available to domestic manufacturers. Previously this type of equipment has been dependent on imports.

The 704 hydraulics have a long history. As early as 1980, the institute developed and produced the first two-way cartridge valve. The hydraulic hoist system of the Three Gorges Permanent Ship Lock was developed after the successful bidding of the 704 Haiyue Company. The system is currently operating for 1865 days.
