Tokai Rubber Acquires Brazilian Damper Rubber Manufacturer Produflex

Japan's Tokai Rubber Industries announced that it had completed the acquisition of Brazil's Produflex Mineral Rubber Co., Ltd. earlier this month. This is also the result of Donghai Rubber's acquisition of a second automotive shock absorber rubber since it completed the acquisition of the German Anvis Group in May 2013.
