The Department of Agricultural Mechanization of the Ministry of Agriculture clearly sets the time limit for the installation of agricultural machinery purchase subsidies for agricultural machinery products of the “National II” diesel engine.

In the training class, the Ministry of Agriculture’s Department of Agricultural Mechanization requested that all provinces strictly implement the “Notice of the Ministry of Environmental Protection on Implementing the National Third-Level Emission Standard for Diesel Engine Exhaust Pollutants for Non-road Mobile Machinery” (announcement No. 5 of 2016), etc. The environmental protection policy shall not subsidize the agricultural machinery products of the “National 2” diesel engine purchased after December 1, 2016. Once it is found, measures shall be taken and reported to the environmental protection department, and the environmental protection department shall investigate and conclude the decision. At the same time, taking into account the different levels of fund satisfaction in various provinces, the majority of provinces adopt subsidies such as pre-purchase and other subsidies, and the actual difference in subsidy operations is large. The agricultural machinery purchase subsidies for the installation of “National II” diesel engines are related to provincial agricultural machinery. The competent department shall determine the actual research and release it to the society as soon as possible, but the time limit for the subsidy for the installation of the “National II” diesel engine shall not exceed the end of March 2017.
