The successful delivery of this SCR product marks the breakthrough of Hudong Heavy Machinery in the field of energy saving and emission reduction. This is another product that can meet the Tier III emission regulations after the WinGD dual fuel host is delivered domestically.

It is reported that the HHM-MAN6S60ME-C8.5 mainframe is equipped with a high-pressure SCR system independently developed by Hudong Heavy Machinery. It will be applied to a 1100-tank container ship built for American shipowner Shipping, and the measured NOx emission value is 2.74g/kW. h, much smaller than the 3.4 g/kW.h required by Tier III.

The development of this high-pressure SCR system lasted more than 10 months. The successful implementation of the first domestic high-pressure SCR commodity research and development is an important step for Hudong Heavy Machinery to implement the reform and innovation strategy of CSSC, from a single manufacturing enterprise to the development of R&D, manufacturing and service integration.
